About

Our Vision

Empowered minds ignite global change.

Imagine a school where every student discovers the power within themselves to change the world. That's the vision that drives BCD. We're not simply filling minds with facts; we're growing a passion for learning, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing the courage to make change, igniting a ripple effect of positive global impact.

Our Mission

BCD’s exceptional educational experience broadens students’ understanding of the ever-changing world around them, preparing them to be adaptable, empathetic, and engaged global citizens. We understand that we are preparing students for a future we cannot yet predict. Because of this, we work every day to prepare them not simply to exist within the global community, but to actively shape it.

Our Values

Our values serve as the foundation that unites us in our efforts to challenge and support our students. They are not just written statements, but how we treat one another, make decisions big and small, and assess our own growth.

Take Care of Ourselves and Others

We know that to truly succeed we must feel safe and supported in all aspects of our lives. We prioritize our collective well-being and take responsibility for our actions and the impact they have on others.

Explore Many Paths

We encourage ourselves to try a variety of experiences, discover new ways to answer old questions, and find our unique passions along our journey of lifelong learning.

Meet the Challenge

Education teaches us how to think, not what to think. We lean on our supportive environment to push ourselves to the next level, demonstrating resilience and curiosity when the answers aren’t obvious.

Create Inclusion and Belonging

Learning from the perspectives of others opens our minds and hearts. We build empathy by showing respect and interest in others’ unique contributions.
