Board of Trustees
Boulder Country Day, like most independent schools, is governed by a self-selecting Board of Trustees comprised of current parents, past parents, alumni, and community leaders. The Board’s primary role is to hold our school’s mission in trust for future generations of BCD families. In that role, the Board, while working closely with the Head of School and the senior leadership team develops and reviews broad, long-range, institutional policy, ensures the school’s financial sustainability, plans strategically for the school’s future, and raises funds for annual and capital projects.
