Admission

Financial Assistance

Welcome!

Boulder Country Day believes that an outstanding education should be available to all families. Our commitment and goal is to welcome and support a diverse group of qualified students, including those who would not otherwise be able to attend BCD. Tuition support is available for qualified families and applying for financial assistance is not a factor when applying for admission. Interested families may contact the Business Director or the Admission Office for more information.

The Shields Scholarship

The Shields Scholarship, named after former Head of School, Mike Shields and his wife Roie, was created to support BCD students who have achieved academic excellence, a commitment to community service and demonstrated financial need.

The Wilson Family Scholarship

Established in 2015 with a gift from the Wilson family, this scholarship will be awarded to a deserving K-8th grade BCD student with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Financial Assistance Committee and the Head of School.  The goal of the gift is to completely fund a student’s K-8 journey at BCD and then return and begin with a new student funding their K-8 journey.
Thank you for the financial assistance that has allowed our daughter to attend a school that puts so much thought into pedagogy and helping students succeed. Not to mention a place she looks forward to going to every day! It’s nice to know she’s in good hands.
