Boulder Country Day School (“BCD”) values the privacy of those who visit our Website, and we think it is important for you to understand when and why we collect personally identifiable information (“Collection”), how we may use it (“Use”), and when and how we share it (“Share”). In general, you can visit BCD’s web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself, although our software may store your IP address. 
BCD generally collects PII, such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, only if you provide this information to us voluntarily. The voluntary information we collect is used for BCD’s operational purposes, including: job applications, donations, admissions, application for financial assistance, the sale of items through https://www.bcdschoolstore.com, and the use of MySchoolApp. Where appropriate, BCD may pass this data to a BCD affiliate or vendor, including to accomplish the purposes listed above. Our affiliates and vendors are also committed to protecting PII as described in their privacy statements/policies, available at their respective websites.
BCD may also use your name, address, and e-mail to send you marketing materials, upcoming events and newsletters -- but you may opt out from receiving this information by emailing us at marketing@bouldercountryday.org.
While browsing the BCD Website, you may be able to access the websites of third-parties through a hyperlink. BCD assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices at such third-party websites and suggests you review the privacy statements/policies on such websites before sharing your PII.
Collection and Sources
We may collect information about you and your children (if applicable). This may include name, date of birth, demographic information, address, email, academic information and history, and other unique personal identifiers.

BCD does not sell your PII. We do share certain PII to third party affiliates and vendors to allow us to perform and improve our services, for internal analysis, and to comply with legal, contractual, or regulatory bodies’ requests. BCD endeavors to do its best to protect the privacy of your PII.

We welcome visitors to our site to pin content as appropriate.
