Forget the crowded weekend open house. Our Preview Days are intentionally scheduled during the school day so you can witness the genuine joy, energy, and deep connections that define a BCD education. This is your chance to move beyond the brochure and see our mission in motion—from our nurturing Preschool classrooms to our hands-on Elementary program and globally minded Middle School.
Agenda for Preview Day
Warm Welcome & Community Connections (9:00 AM)
We'll begin with light refreshments in our new Dining Commons where you'll meet the essential people who nurture and shape the daily student experience—staff and parents you won’t typically see on a standard tour.
You’ll chat directly with leaders in:
- Student Support – Learn how our community supports not just our students, but each other.
- Enrichment – Discover the variety of after-school and extended-day opportunities.
- Parent Partnership – Hear from the President of our Parents’ Association.
- Specials – Chat with teachers to learn how art, music, PE, Spanish, and technology enrich learning.
- And more.

Campus tours will give you the chance to experience BCD’s vibrant classrooms first-hand and see academic excellence in motion! You’ll tour the buildings and grade levels most relevant to your family as BCD administrators and current parents help you experience our active learning environments and observe the authentic teacher-student relationships that fuel curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Unscripted Q&A: Ask Us Anything (10-10:30)
We'll close with an honest, transparent Q&A panel featuring current students, parents, and faculty. This is your opportunity to ask candid questions and gain unfiltered insight into what makes BCD unique—from our academic approach to our supportive community culture.

In-Person Visit
Please note that in-person tours are best done in the mornings, especially for preschoolers as they are napping in the afternoons. After 3:00 when classes are over is a wonderful time to get into classrooms if you are visiting with young students.
