Her work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, and Real Simple. She is a regular blogger for The Huffington Post and Psychology Today and is a TEDx speaker. Dr. Race has trained over 2000 leaders in her methods worldwide.

BCD has a long tradition of engaging our students and families in giving back, yet it is our children who often embrace the true definition of philanthropy: “Love of Humankind”. As parents, we are the stewards of that innate compassion and its promise of building stronger families and communities, encouraging our children to live fully expressed lives with service as a vital element of thriving in an increasingly complex world.
The session will also feature a panel discussion with BCD’s most philanthropic students and alumnus, sharing their insights on raising thoughtful and generous children based upon their own experiences and family cultures.
